Nerja enjoys mild temperatures and 320 days of sunshine a year. Nerja is considered the entertainment centre of Malaga’s east side.

• You pay a reservation fee to take the property off the market and reserve it just for you. This is normally between 6,000 – 10,000 Euros.

• During the construction period, you pay a fixed monthly amount. With this monthly amount, you will have paid 30% of the new flat.
• Upon completion and signing of the title deed, you pay the remainder. That is 70% plus the 10% tax ( VAT ).
• A new-build property in Spain is financed by a Spanish mortgage bank for up to 70% of the purchase price. On top of the purchase price, you pay 10% IVA ( Spanish VAT ) plus notary fees. So take this into account.
